Example 1 – Allow BlueHive to choose the provider
User story: “I have an employee who needs a DOT physical completed.”
BlueHive will receive the order request through an HL7 interface. BlueHive on-call concierge team will be engaged to ensure the entire lifecycle of the order goes smoothly:
- Finding a provider to do the order.
- Coordinate and ensure the order is completed
- Ensure results have been successfully sent via HL7 back into the enterprise health system
Example 2 – Utilize BlueHive Concierge for existing pre-defined provider relationship
User story: “I have an employee who needs a DOT physical completed and I want to use this provider to do it.”
BlueHive will receive the order request through an HL7 interface. BlueHive on-call concierge team will be engaged to ensure the entire lifecycle of the order goes smoothly:
- Coordinate and ensure the order is completed by the provider requested in the HL7 message.
- Ensure results have been successfully sent via HL7 back into the enterprise health system
Example 3 – Show the BlueHive UI for selecting a provider in the network
User story: “I have an employee who needs a DOT physical completed and I want to use bluehive to manually search for a provider.”
BlueHive will receive the order request through an HL7 interface. BlueHive on-call concierge team will be engaged to ensure the entire lifecycle of the order goes smoothly:
- Coordinate and ensure the order is completed by the provider requested in the HL7 message.
- Ensure results have been successfully sent via HL7 back into the enterprise health system
