UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Federal Way offers appointments six days a week, including evening and same-day appointments. Walk-in urgent care services are offered seven days a week for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries when your primary care provider is not available. For your added convenience, medical advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use MyChart to message your care team any time, or call your clinic during business hours and you'll receive a call back within a day. When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service. We offer telemedicine visits that are by secure video using a mobile device, tablet or computer for general consultation and obstetrics (OB) services. Established patients can request a telemedicine visit by calling the clinic during business hours or logging in to your MyChart account to book online. The clinic has been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program. Board-certified providers offer a complete spectrum of primary care services including family medicine, internal medicine, geriatric medicine, behavioral health, sleep medicine and nutrition services. An on-site lab and digital X-ray are also available. Medical services include standard wellness visits, tests, vaccinations and sport physicals.
