Most negative drug test results are available within 24-48 hours. Results requiring MRO review may take an additional 1-2 business days. You can track result status in real-time through your BlueHive dashboard.
What types of drug tests does BlueHive support?
BlueHive supports all major drug testing panels including 5-panel, 7-panel, 9-panel, 10-panel, and 12-panel tests. We also offer DOT and non-DOT options, instant tests, lab-based tests, and hair follicle testing.
How do I become DOT compliant?
DOT compliance requires a written drug and alcohol policy, employee training, random testing pools, and proper recordkeeping. BlueHive provides compliance tools and guidance to help you meet all requirements. Contact our compliance team for a personalized assessment.
Can I order tests for remote employees?
Yes! With 20,000+ provider locations nationwide, your remote employees can easily find a convenient testing site. Simply enter their location when ordering, and we'll show available providers sorted by distance.
What happens if an employee misses their test appointment?
Missed appointments can be rescheduled through the dashboard. For DOT testing, a no-show may be considered a refusal to test under certain circumstances. Contact our support team if you need guidance on handling specific situations.
