Hello, and welcome to BlueHive Release Notes. This video and the accompanying blog post will cover releases from 2025. 33 to 2025. 50. 5.

We've got a lot of ground to cover, so buckle up and hang on. Firstly, we've totally refactored our login screen. From the homepage at BlueHive. com, click Login/Sign Up. You'll be directed to the sign-in page, where you can create an account or login to an existing account using single sign-on or via email.

Upon signing in, you'll be directed to our new dashboard. From this page, you can access many of BlueHive key features. First, let's take a look at the Employer Dashboard. Logging in, you'll find that the dashboard now contains more key metrics, giving you an at-a-glance view of your occupational health tasks. We'll come back to Employer in a bit.

For now, let's head back to the account dashboard. Now, even if you don't have an employer account, you can order single tests for employees. Click the Order Tests button, enter a zip code, select a test, select a provider, then input employee details. Back at the dashboard, you can now click on the Find a Provider button. Enter a zip code and then hit Enter, or click the magnifying glass to search through our 22,000+ nationwide providers.

Clicking into a provider will show more detailed information, such as location, contact information, hours and services offered. In addition to that, you can click on the state to check out our new state information pages. Once again, back at the dashboard, you can now click Browse Services to view a list of BlueHive available services, with detailed pages for each service, including descriptions and aliases. In addition to the new dashboard, we have also updated our profile pages, accessed by clicking your profile image and name at the top right, and then Edit Profile. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication using the authentication app of your choice to secure your account.

Simply scan the QR code with your authenticator app, then enter the six-digit code and click Enable. You can also view and connect or disconnect your connected accounts, allowing you to sign in using single sign-on if you originally signed up with only your email. You can also now view your personal order history directly from your profile. Last, but not least, you can now update your contact preferences, such as enabling and disabling text message and email notifications. Moving on to employer, we've revamped a lot of the features.

First of all, our CSV import. The process has been streamlined, with the ability to enable and disable fields on import. Have a lot of employees? You can now search by name, address, phone number, or other identifiers. Another new feature is the ability to select a random employee by clicking the Randomize button to the right of the search bar.

Have a list of services that are performed on every new hire? You can now set up custom service bundles that allow you to quickly select and schedule services, rather than scheduling them individually for each employee. Another updated feature is the inclusion of department-based role management. Now, in addition to managing individual permissions, you can assign employees to specific departments so that they can only see and schedule tests for employees that report to them. Finally, we added the ability for each user to set their dashboard to light or dark mode based on their preference.

We hope you've enjoyed this brief walkthrough of some of BlueHive' latest updates. Be sure to check out our release notes blog post for more detailed information about all the recent changes.
