In the spring of 2003, Tallahassee physician Dr. Mignon had the idea of opening a family practice medical clinic devoted to serving the primary healthcare needs of the Tallahassee community, but she didn’t stop there and in February of 2009 with help of Nancy Bass (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) Impact Behavioral Health was started to provide Mental Health Counseling and to expand on the services for patients in Tallahassee and the Tallahassee metropolitan area.
