(upbeat music) - The onboarding process was very streamlined, way less required than any other software that I've had to implement as an HR manager. And the team was very on it. They were constantly reaching out and making sure I had what I needed on top of questions that I had. Very personal interactions. I felt like I got everything that I needed from the platform and team.

It used to be all on me as an HR generalist and manager to schedule these tests, make sure everyone was where they needed to be and the billing was sorted with all the other teams that I have working here in my organization. With Bluhive, I've really been able to give other managers and leaders access to the system and the autonomy to be able to do what they need to do successfully. So now our hiring managers, career coaches, billing department all has access to the system and is able to go in and do what they need to do automatically. It's really streamlined the process. Eliminating barriers that would have slowed our team down and made it very clunky beforehand.

It's so easy to go in and be able to pull records from multiple providers, several different service areas, test ordered from all our different staff, see all the billing in one place. It makes it so cohesive. Whereas before I was trying to go back, find emails from three months ago, log into several different portals with different authentication apps. It's just so amazing to have everything in one place and easily exist. It's really been a great process for us.

The staff has been amazing and our staff have really enjoyed being able to step into the platform and get their jobs done easier.
