Manage your clinic inventory including test kits and supplies through the provider portal.

Let's dive in a little deeper to setting up your services. Looking again at the stress management service, you can click on the edit icon. We saw the currently offered toggle in the previous video, but let's look at the other options. Clicking the limited inventory toggle will activate the inventory tab. On this tab, you can click the update inventory link, and in the pop-up enter a quantity for the service.

Once you've entered a quantity, you can then put in a memo to give a little detail about the change in inventory. Once you click save, you'll be able to see the updated inventory. Next, let's look at the availability tab. In this tab, you can set up custom availability for specific employers. For example, let's select medical informatics engineering.

On selecting the currently offered toggle, we can now enter a custom price for this provider. By default, there's no inventory limit, but by clicking the edit icon, we can limit the inventory available to this employer at this price. The inventory management works exactly the same as when you set it in the initial service.
