What to Bring

How to Prepare

Wear a short-sleeved or loose-fitting shirt for easy access to your upper arm.Inform the provider of any allergies, especially to vaccine components (e.g., eggs, gelatin, latex). Bring a record of past vaccinations if available.

First Dose

Employee receives the first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine.

Second Dose

Second dose administered 1 month after the first dose.

Third Dose

Third dose administered 6 months after the first dose.

Immunity Verification

Optional anti-HBs testing 1-2 months after series completion to confirm immunity.
