Illinois adopts its own Medical Fee Schedule under 820 ILCS 305/8.2. The schedule is set by region (28 fee schedule areas) and covers professional, hospital outpatient, inpatient, ASC, and rehab services. Rates are adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index.
