Ohio is a monopolistic state fund. The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) publishes Provider Fee Schedules covering professional services, hospital inpatient (DRG-based), hospital outpatient (APC-based), ASC, and ancillary services. Rates are set by BWC and updated annually.
