Clinic Information
Our DOT physical exam office is conveniently located off of I-70 and Peoria on the east side of Denver. Once you exit I-70, head north until you get to 47th Street. Take a left on 47th Street and then take a right on Paris Street. The building is then on the left. We are in the Pine Creek Center, building number 4755. Once inside the building, we are in Suite 150.
