At BlueHive, we believe better tools lead to better days – and this latest batch of updates is all about just that. We’ve rolled out new features, squashed some bugs, and polished the experience across the board to help you move faster, work smarter, and stay connected.

From enhanced HRIS integration to new AI customization options and smoother mobile navigation, there’s something here for everyone – whether you’re deep in compliance workflows, running a clinic, or doing a little bit of both.

Here’s what’s fresh across the BlueHive platform:



Better Integrations & Reporting

  • Integrated further with WebChart and Enterprise Health – you can now retrieve reports and manage data more efficiently.
  • Employer portals can now show messages from BlueHive, streamlining communication in one place.
  • HRIS systems now show account status as active or inactive, giving HR teams better visibility at a glance.

Improved Dashboards & Navigation

  • Added “Recent Results” to employer dashboards and employee profiles for quicker access to updates.
  • Added navigational breadcrumbs across the platform – no more getting lost!
  • Tables now support side scrolling to make viewing large data sets easier.

User Experience Enhancements

  • Updated the HRIS integration interface for a cleaner look.
  • Introduced One-Time Password support for improved security.
  • Cleaned up the mobile navbar and address autocomplete.
  • Fixed a pesky bug where clicking “Create Order” showed a 404 error.
  • Squashed an issue causing intermittent user logouts.
  • You can now delete employers more reliably.
  • The message center now only appears if you’re connected to an EHR.
  • Made multiple backend UI/UX improvements to keep everything running smoother.



  • Refreshed SPA branding for a polished look.
  • Cleaned up navigation and sidebar menus across the platform.
  • Added appointment types to the SPA.
  • Improved Google address autocomplete and support for multiple file uploads.
  • Upgraded backend to Meteor 3.2.1 for greater stability.



  • Resolved file upload issues.
  • Improved internationalization to support more languages and regions.



Customizability & Control

  • You can now add custom instructions and choose your preferred language for Ozwell.
  • Introduced a “Close Ozwell” button for integrated EHR environments.
  • Added session sharing and collaboration, complete with shared context for group interactions.
  • Users can now edit problem lists and medical history from within an EHR-integrated session.

Performance Upgrades

  • Significant improvements to action button performance, lazy loading, and prompt handling.
  • Updated to Meteor 3.2.2 for a more stable backend.
  • Introduced a prompt history limit and “Clear Cache” option for better session management.

Chat & UI Improvements

  • Cleaned up chat input, improved button logic, and added contrast settings for better readability.
  • Chat bubbles now appear on the left side, like a text conversation.
  • Added a new chat input box right on the landing page.
  • Light/Dark mode toggle has moved to your user menu.
  • Added a “transcription in progress” indicator.
  • System messages are now dismissable and show up in the bottom-right corner.

Audio, Actions, & Feedback

  • Audio data is now always summarized.
  • Fixed issues with audio looping and transcription failures.
  • Improved transcription error handling and added better feedback on queued processes.
  • Actions now show a ✅ success checkmark once complete.
  • Ongoing automated testing includes checks to prevent AI from hallucinating (especially around allergies).

Mobile & UX Fixes

  • Resolved a bug affecting smart action disabling.
  • Fixed layout issues on iPhone screens.
  • Improved mobile responsiveness and WebChart button UX.
  • Cleaned up upload overlay, “tap to begin” buttons, and input alignment.

Visuals & Sharing

  • Added options to upload and select images, plus generate charts, graphs, and diagrams.
  • Enhanced picture-in-picture (PiP) styling for embedded experiences.
