At BlueHive, we’re always evolving to serve you better, and our latest update brings some big news—BlueHive AI has a brand-new name: Ozwell! While the branding may look a little different, rest assured that Ozwell remains the same AI assistant you know and trust, with even more enhancements coming soon. He also has a new home at https://ozwell.ai, where you can can keep up with Ozwell specific updates.

But that’s not all! This release is packed with new user experience improvements, feature updates, and bug fixes across BlueHive, BlueHive Employer, and BlueHive Provider. From smoother login experiences and enhanced EMR integrations to real-time crisis status confirmations for providers, we’re continuing to fine-tune the BlueHive ecosystem to make workplace health management easier than ever.

We’ve enhanced BlueHive Employer with a more readable Edit Employer page and simplified user enrollment by replacing temporary passwords with email reset links.

Major Enhancements

  • User enrollment no longer requires the use of a temporary password. Upon signing up, users will be provided a password reset link via email.

Usability Improvements

  • We cleaned up the “Edit Employer” so that it no longer extends the full width of the page, aiding in readability and fillability.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed an error where logging in could cause multiple redirects.



BlueHive Provider now includes improved tooltips for invalid entries and allows providers to upload multiple files when entering order results.

Major Enhancements

  • Providers are now able to upload multiple files when entering order results.
  • We removed case-sensitivity from the provider SPA access code.

Usability Improvements

  • Improved tooltip text for when invalid information is entered into the provider form.



We’ve made several user experience improvements across BlueHive, including a clearer login screen, better drop-down menu behavior, and improved map resolution. New features now help users identify providers unaffected by crisis events, while BlueHive Concierge has been added as a selectable provider option. Plus, key bug fixes ensure smoother navigation, login stability, and accurate form validation for an overall improved experience.

Major Enhancements

  • Added “Confirmed: No Impact from Wildfires” to provider listings.
    • As part of our ongoing effort to support occupational health, our provider relations specialists have been reaching out to our providers in the path of the Los Angeles/California wildfires and confirming their operation status. Providers that are still servicing employees have been marked with a shield icon and “Confirmed: No Impact from Wildfires”.
  • Added BlueHive Concierge as a selectable provider option.

Usability Improvements

  • Our login screen has been clarified, with buttons for each of our different social/single sign-on options, as well as an option to sign in directly via email.
  • We cleaned up drop-down menus to ensure that they always appear over other page content.
  • Pages with maps should now display the maps at the correct resolution for the user.
  • When booking an appointment via the portal, there’s now a feedback item to show you that the request is processing.
  • We added border and padding to profile edit tab content, aiding in readability.
  • Updated “listing not found” text. 
  • Toast messages now show with HTML formatting.

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected code so that clicking on the company logo directs the user back to the homepage.
  • Resolved an issue causing login errors with BlueHiva AII/Ozwell.
  • Fixed a zip code validation loop.
  • Corrected the default language dropdown behavior.



BlueHive AI has officially been rebranded as Ozwell, bringing the same trusted functionality with a fresh look and exciting new features. This update enhances user experience with better chat interactions, session management, and improved branding, while also expanding Ozwell’s ability to recognize and document medical data within WebChart EHR. Plus, bug fixes and refinements ensure a smoother, more intuitive experience – stay tuned for even more improvements ahead!

  • BlueHive is pleased to announce that BlueHive AI has been renamed to Ozwell! You’ll likely notice a subtle shift in branding, but don’t be alarmed; Ozwell is still here to help you in the same way as BlueHive AI – with new and exciting features coming very soon!
  • BlueHive Labs Experimental Features
    • Ozwell now has the ability to recognize and understand the following:
      • Procedures
      • Conditions
      • Allergies
      • Medications
      • Observations
    • In addition to recognizing the above, Ozwell can also add these observations directly into a patient’s WebChart EHR.
  • Ozwell can now recommend patient charts when connected with an EMR.
  • If a patient is connected to an Ozwell session and they are removed from the session, any associated encounter is also removed.
  • Introduced the ability to search for a patient when starting a session, if integrated with an EMR.
  • Enabled changing and/or reconnecting EMR integrations.

Usability Improvements

  • When Ozwell is taking a little more time than normal to process your request, you’ll now receive a little feedback to let you know that he’s still working in the background.
  • As new and experimental features are being added, there will occasionally be mistakes – especially during the Beta phase. A notification has been added to remind you that Ozwell may mess up every once in a while.
  • When you’re discussing a topic with Ozwell, the chat window will now resize as you type.
  • Added a pencil icon next to session titles with a tooltip indicating that they can be edited.
  • Improved the loading screen with updated Ozwell branding.

Bug Fixes

  • Clicking on a document now allows the user to view it directly, instead of opening the edit mode.
