Major Enhancements

  • Meteor 3 upgrade = faster load times and better overall performance.
  • New onboarding questionnaire helps guide setup like a pro.
  • HRIS integration adds support for 200+ systems.
  • BlueHive Employer app is live on App Store and Google Play 🎉

Usability Improvements

  • Limited pending/accepted/awaiting payment orders to 25 per page for smoother navigation.
  • Employees without zip codes now default to the employer’s zip code – smart and simple.
  • Search by service got a UX refresh – more intuitive and efficient.
  • UI updated during employee import for better clarity.
  • Loading graphics now feature BlueHive for Employers branding.
  • Behind-the-scenes build/deployment cleanup for smoother updates.
  • The BlueHive Employer app logo has been refreshed.
  • Repositioned toast messages to the top-right of the screen to avoid blocking interface buttons.
  • Removed the “Payment Method Added Successfully” modal to streamline the ordering process.
  • Resolved an issue where “No Services Available” incorrectly displayed on the new order page.
  • Updated the employer dashboard UI with improved spacing and color enhancements for timeline status icons.
  • Cleaned up the order timeline UI for better readability.
  • Resolved syncing issues with integrated HRIS systems.
  • Updated the HRIS search feature to be alphabetical and removed auto-suggestions.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bugs in employee directory search and employer creation flows.
  • Fixed a bug where employee data wasn’t updating properly when saved.
  • Fixed an issue with branded portal service lookup.
  • Fixed a bug where selected services would disappear when placing a new order.
  • Fixed a bug that created duplicate employers when pressing Enter.

  • SVG support for profile images removed for better compatibility and performance.



We’ve been busy under the hood to streamline your experience, especially on mobile. Here’s what’s changed:

Major Enhancements

  • Login with Apple is now live—because one less password to remember is always a win.
  • We upgraded to Meteor 3, bringing better performance and a smoother experience.
  • Ozwell.AI login support is officially here, opening the door to more integrated tools.
  • The BlueHive app has been updated on both App Store and Google Play—go grab it!

Usability Improvements

  • Our mobile footer now behaves better on small screens (no more footer takeover!).
  • A few behind-the-scenes fixes = snappier performance across the board.
  • Added internationalization (i18n) support for “service name required” messages in provider and employer views.

Bug Fixes

  • Services API fix to keep everything flowing the way it should.
  • Fixed the “all services” search functionality across both provider and employer platforms.
  • Fixed an issue affecting mobile app login.

  • Language translation support is live, including Right-to-Left languages like Arabic and Hebrew 🌍.
  • You can now order medications via WebChart (yes, really!).
  • We’ve made a bunch of WebChart connection improvements to keep things running smoothly.
  • BlueHive Labs enrollment is simpler than ever.
  • Now running on Meteor 3.2 for even more speed and stability.
  • Updated pricing for integrations.

Usability Improvements

  • Bye-bye, old labels – cleaned up branding now reflects our current identity (no more “Formerly BlueHive AI”).
  • Accordion and patient link styling? Sleeker, more consistent.
  • Secure session-based embedding makes document/chart access even safer.
  • Better navigation and styling throughout embedded views.
  • Document edit mode is back in action (it missed you too).
  • iPhone users, rejoice—your UI/UX just got a glow-up.
  • The new “Login with BlueHive” modal keeps you in the flow—no redirects.
  • Enhanced BlueHive actions with updated status notifications, including processing, completed, and failed.
  • Improved syncing of state data between EHR integrations (WebChart and Enterprise Health).
