About Countryside Family Practice
At Countryside Family Practice, we are a comprehensive family medicine office providing care to individuals and families of all ages. We offer a wide array of services, including same-day appointments, CDL (DOT) and FAA physicals, school and sports physicals, women's health, well child and newborn physicals, pediatrics, immunizations, travel medicine and more. We have on-site x-ray and lab capabilities. We use a state-of-the-art electronic medical record and patient portal to improve communication between our office and our patients, and with outside medical facilities when the need arises.
