Our Occupational Health Clinic Team specializes in diagnosing and treating work related injuries with high quality, prompt and affordable care. Our excellent physicians and staff have an extensive knowledge of the complex landscape of workers’ compensation in California, critical to successful injury management. We utilize a return to work program that recognizes the needs of both the employer and injured worker. We understand the employers’ need to minimize the disruption and expense which workplace injuries may cause. We will work with you to develop an alternative-duty program to ensure your employees can continue working during recovery. Our team of professionals will visit your company for worksite evaluations and safety recommendations before an injury occurs, promoting worksite safety. Having St Rose Hospital Emergency Room as back up for injuries that occur after our clinic hours, provides an additional means to care for your employees. At CCCMA Occupational Clinic, we serve the needs of our corporate client community in every aspect of occupational medicine. Our Medical Director, Dr. Micheal Heinrich, has over 20 years of experience in Occupational Medicine in addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine. Our nursing staff and MAs are certified in breath alcohol testing, drug screening, pulmonary function testing and audiometry. We provide workers’ compensation services, physical evaluations, and drug screening for many major companies in Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Oakland, Union City, Fremont and throughout the East Bay Area. We also participate in company health fairs and offer on-site services including physical exams, cholesterol screening, blood pressure/vision screening, body fat testing, flu shots, blood and urine collections at the workplace.
