This release window focuses on smoother onboarding, faster order and employee workflows, stronger security (MFA/Two Factor authentication), and a more polished experience across Employer, Provider, and the Core Platform for both mobile and desktop.

Highlights

  • Clearer timelines and fewer surprises with due dates added across services, including bundled services.
  • Faster, more consistent Employer and Core Platform experiences thanks to a broad UI consolidation and overhaul with a major focus on mobile-friendly UI/UX.
  • Better provider discovery and scheduling support with improved provider search, filtering, sorting, and timezone detection.
  • Expanded security protections with multifactor authentication and bot protection.

New and improved

  • Configurable due dates across all services (including bundles) so employers and providers can easily coordinate order completion timelines/expectations.
  • Completely revamped employer signup and onboarding flow to make getting started faster and smoother.
  • Provider discovery upgrades, including ZIP code search plus provider filtering and sorting.
  • Provider timezone detection with local time display and warnings in the selector.
  • Service bundle management with persisted bundle selections and the ability to remove services within a bundle.
  • Employer preference for emailing results, giving you more control over how results are delivered.
  • Upgraded Employer user invitation flow, making it easier to bring your team into the workspace.
  • Employee workflow upgrades including an Employee Documents tab, auto-populated registration fields based on past entries, and random employee selection from the employee tab.
  • Permissions and governance upgrades, including department-level permissions and expanded role tooling (Role UI editor improvements).
  • Department-level restrictions now allow you to give certain users access to only see employees’ results, and create orders for employees in the department they are restricted to seeing.
  • Order management enhancements, including UI and API components to support order cancellation plus an improved Orders list with upgraded pagination, filtering, and sort options.
  • Reworked CSV upload for a smoother, more mobile-friendly experience. It’s also much faster and supports importing thousands of employees in seconds.
  • Dashboard additions, including a “Latest News” and “Recent Results” card, as well as quick insights to the number of recent orders, employee count to keep you informed.
  • Integration expansion, including built-in HL7 integration support for more advanced data exchange with health systems.

Bug fixes

  • Addressed service assignment and exclusion edge cases, ZIP validation, maximum benefit errors, draft order behavior, and several UI component issues.
  • Fixed order sorting, employee filtering, Select2 search persistence, permission-based result visibility, and modal layering (including Checkr).

UI and UX improvements

  • More consistent layouts and spacing, loading states when sending orders, improved pagination, and report refresh behavior after date selection.
  • Services list performance improvements via a Fastify-backed API, updated mobile footer navigation, and broader workflow polish across employee and order experiences.

BlueHive Provider

New and improved

  • Branded portal support plus a branded portal service editor for simpler configuration.
  • Custom provider support in the provider grid editor.
  • Better uploads end to end, including progress tracking, drag-and-drop file uploads in the Provider SPA, and support for uploading results using the BlueHive SDK.
  • HL7 integration support to improve clinical system data sharing.
  • Automated walk-in scheduling dates to reduce manual scheduling overhead.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed order status updates after Provider SPA uploads, mobile scrolling issues, layout problems in the order access portal, provider contact info display inconsistencies, payment section display bugs, and date picker issues.

UI and UX improvements

  • Visual cleanup across pages, centered branding elements, refreshed dashboards, and dependency updates for stability and performance.
  • Continued consistency improvements tied to the broader UI consolidation effort.
