When turning onto Phoenix Blvd. from Riverdale Road: Turn right at the sign for ONE CROWN CENTER (1895 Phoenix Boulevard). Once you turn in the office park, continue straight up the hill, go PAST the sign for 1901 Phoenix Boulevard (the sign has Peachtree Orthopedics Physical Therapy and Dental One Associates listed). Keep to the left as you go up the hill. Take a left when you reach the intersection. Peachtree Occupational Medicine is the second suite to the left.
