Directions: From I-5 South, take the Mission St/OR 22 exit (exit 253). Turn west onto OR 22/Mission St, proceed 1.1 miles and turn left onto 25th St SE. Proceed one mile (go straight at stop sign at intersection of 25th and Madrona). Bio-Med is on the left (east side of street) at 3110 25th St SE.

15–30 minutesStay hydrated but don't overhydrate. Bring prescription list for MRO review. CBD products may cause a positive.

10–15 minutesNo alcohol for 8 hours before. Avoid mouthwash with alcohol.
