Located in the Harpeth Medical Center at the corner of Old Hickory and Granny White. We are located a couple of minutes west of I-65, off the Old Hickory Blvd Exit 74B. Take the exit West towards Bellevue and follow Old Hickory Blvd. for 2 miles until you reach Granny White Pike. Take a left onto Granny White Pike and the building will be immediately on your left. You can park behind the building, and our clinic is the first door on the right from the back entrance.
