Our primary care and urgent care practices are in separate suites within the same building. Primary care is located in the suite immediately left of the main front entrance of the building. We are located by CVS at the intersection of 208 and Smith Station Road, across the street from Courtland High School.

30–60 minutesFast for 8–12 hours if blood work is included. Bring CDL, glasses/contacts, and CPAP data if applicable.
