The office is in the Medical Arts Complex @ ACMH, Suite 650, Bldg 600 in the far rear corner of the Medical Arts parking lot.

Respirator Fit Testing (Qualitative)
15–30 minutesMust be clean-shaven in the respirator seal area. No food, drink, or gum 30 minutes before.
